    Personal Data Registration

    The purchase of products through our online store can either be done by registering the customer as a user or without using this feature.

    In both of the above cases, the customer is asked to submit identification (name, surname or name of legal entity) and contact information (postal address, telephone number, e-mail address).

    In the event the customer wishes for an invoice to be issued, they must also submit the following information: registered office, profession, VAT number and tax office.

    Services provision process

    Should the customer choose to register as a user, they must create a User Account by selecting a Username and Password.

    The User is solely responsible for the safekeeping of the Password to the User Account he/she will create. The process is automated and the User acknowledges that the company cannot intervene in the authentication process for entering the online store, nor can the company know the Password the customer has chosen.

    The user has sole and absolute control over the data they submit and can at any time modify or delete it from their account - upon communication where necessary - without the consent or agreement of the company. Minimal information will always be requested by the online store software for identification purposes before placing an order.

    Contact by e-mail

    Especially with regard to the company's communication with users/customers for the purpose of sending informational material about our new products and our activities, our company is entitled to communicate with customers/users at the email address they have registered for receiving the services.

    In addition, during online registration, the User is invited to indicate by ticking the relevant field whether they wish to receive relevant informational material. Should the user not choose to receive informational material, the electronic contact address they have declared will only be used for the purpose of executing their orders.

    Cooperation with courier companies

    For the execution of the order and its delivery to the customer, our company cooperates with courier companies.

    Exclusively for this purpose, it transmits to the above companies the minimum necessary personal data needed to carry out the shipment of the order (name, surname, postal address, contact phone number).

    The above companies are bound by an obligation of confidentiality and are subject to the provisions of the GDPR and the national legal framework for the protection of personal data.

    The details of the companies with which our company cooperates each time are available to the customers/users, if requested.

    Orders in favor of third parties – Gifts

    In the event that the recipient is a different person from the user/customer, the latter is obliged to declare responsibly that they have the express consent and agreement of this third natural person, for the submission and registration of the necessary personal data that will allow the execution of the order, especially the invoicing in favor of a third party, and/or the delivery of the order to the third party’s name and address (with registration and contact phone number).

    In the event that the company is sued in any way for the processing of data of third parties in the context of the above procedure, the user/client who responsibly declared for the acceptance of these terms, that the consent of the third party existed, has the position of a procedural guarantor against the company and will be asked to assume any damage that the company will suffer due to such unauthorized use of the third party's personal data, plus reasonable legal fees, not excluding any other claim of the company against the user, including moral damage compensation.
