Overview
At the southernmost point of Greece, the beautiful Crete, two mountains, Psiloritis and the White Mountains await the lovers of alpine skiing to go exploring. The Ski touring – Splitboarding trip experience in the mountains of Crete will be unforgettable. Prior experience in the activity of ski mountaineering or splitboard is required.

Highlights
If you've been looking for the ultimate ski mountaineering destination, you've just found it! It is located on the largest of the Greek islands and the southernmost tip of Europe. Crete is characterized as the island of agriculture and Mediterranean gastronomy, musical tradition and folk art.
It is the birthplace of great Greek poets and the flourishing place of the Minoan civilization, one of the first European civilizations. As strange as it may seem, Crete is basically a mountainous island as its mountains cover 52% of its total area. The White Mountains in the prefecture of Chania, stretch, from West to East, for a length of 40-45 kilometers and are the Greek massif with the most peaks (57 in total) over 2,000 meters. The Psiloritis mountain range dominates the center of Crete dividing it into eastern and western.
The Cretan mountains have unique experiences to offer to their visitors. Endless alpine ski fields and routes that fill you with awe with views of the Libyan and Aegean seas.

The ultimate escape means
Alpine skiing, after proper familiarization with the winter environment, can be carried out in areas with sufficient snow cover and for periods of time much longer than the operation of organized ski resorts centers and is a means to escape from large urban centers, not only during the winter season. It's a more complete activity than a day of skiing at a ski resort without having to wait in lift lines. Also, ski mountaineering can take the form of traversing (from one specific point - eg a mountain village - to another), or the form of an ascent and imminent descent.

Itinerary includes:

The conditions for participation are met by children aged 10-15 who already have a some contact-experience with the sport of skiing (Ski, Snowboard), wish to broaden their horizons and become one with nature under the safe and responsible teaching methods of our trainers.
