Yannis Kotileas

He is a teacher of physical education, an alumnus of the University of Athens, specializing in skiing & water skiing. He further pursued a degree at TRU University in Canada, in the Organization and Management of Outdoor Tourism Activities (Adventure Management Diploma). Along with his studies, he received certifications from Canadian federations such as: Avalanche safety for ski operation (CAA), Wilderness first responder – CPR provider (WMA), Approved Rafting Guide Certificate (BCROA), Sea Kayak Certified Guide (SKGABC) and Ski Guide (CSGA). In addition, he holds an Open Water Instructor certification (IANTD). Since 2007, he has worked as a skiing, waterskiing and wakeboarding coach and as a scuba diving instructor and guide. Since 2014, he has been doing business in the sports and tourism industry. He is the co-founder and general manager of the WayOut Adventures company as well as the companies Mani Water Sports & Diving School and Carpe Diem Cruising Services, which make up the WAYOUT GROUP. 

During his professional and business career, he has planned and implemented numerous tourist trips abroad, activity programs in the Greek countryside, innovative sports and cultural events and a multitude of educational and consulting activities in collaboration with private individuals, municipal and regional councils, hotel units and sports & ski resorts.

His vision is to encourage people to engage in outdoor activities through educational, sports & recreational activities and enjoy the benefits of an active lifestyle.

Konstantinos Konstantinidis

Co-Founder / Operations Consultant

Konstantinos Konstantinidis holds a Master's degree in Sports Management from Loughborough University (UK), a Diploma in Negotiations from the Athens University of Economics and Business, a Bachelor's degree in Sports Science and Physical Education from the University of Athens where he is currently preparing his doctoral thesis in Sports Law and works as an assistant professor in Sports Management. He has extensive professional and business management experience in the sports and leisure industry as well as in the hospitality sector. He was a member of the Board of Directors of sports organizations and public bodies. His research interests focus on sports marketing, sports administration and sports law. He is a member of organizations such as European Association for Sport Management (EASM), International Association of Sports Law (IASL), British Association for Sports Law (BASL), Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA) and the Hellenic Scientific Association For Sport Management & Recreation (HSASMR).

Nasia Sklavenitis

Director of Finance & Operations

Nasia is a graduate of the School of Economics of Athens and through her work experience she has acquired key knowledge in Strategic Marketing, Strategic Planning, market development and financial management.

At the same time, she holds a diploma in Digital Marketing. She enjoys being part of dynamic teams and projects, while constantly trying to develop on both a group and individual level.

In her spare time, she enjoys interacting with people, travelling, skiing, watersports and freediving.

Kleomenis Koufaliotis 

Outdoor Coordinator - Marketing Specialist

Kleomenis is a graduate of the School of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Peloponnese, he is a Class C safety technician, a professional photographer & cinematographer.

He has worked as a coordinator for outdoor activities companies and as a photographer for alternative and sports tourism companies. He has a strong creative direction and likes to find innovative methods for promoting and advertising projects through experiences and lifestyle approaches.

He loves downhill skiing and is a mountain bike athlete, having received distinctions in the EGS as well as in the Greek downhill championship.

Veronica Kaloudi

Customers Service

Veronica is a graduate of the Department of Business Planning & Information Systems of the Technical University of Patras.

Due to her origin from the island of Kimolos, she decided to work in the tourism industry professionally, having worked in luxury hotels and restaurants in the department of customer service and consulting.

She then, pursued a master's degree in "Strategy, Planning and Development of Alternative Forms of Tourism" from the University of the Aegean. Her goal was to combine her love for nature with the development of activities aimed at highlighting the natural wealth of a place, thus contributing to its sustainability, conservation and protection.

Her role in the company is multifaceted, as she deals both with communication and customer service as well as with the organization and management of the responsibilities of the company's office.

In her spare time, she travels around Greece and the world, cooks fancy recipes and engages in various activities such as hiking, cycling, swimming and jewelry making.
