Everything you need for a day of relaxation and exploration in the rainforest.

However, it is recommended to get the Tetanus-Diphtheria (Td), MMR, hepatitis A, typhoid fever, rabies and hepatitis B vaccines. Favorite local dishes are Arrozconpollo (rice with chicken, served with various vegetables), Casados (rice and black beans served with chicken, meat or fish, vegetables, bananas and tortillas) and Tamale (corn, black beans, rice, meat and vegetables wrapped in banana leaves).
